Rock and Henault were first linked in early March and were photographed together in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood later that month, sharing a kiss.

Henault, who is described as a DJ, creative producer, and content strategist, studied at St Edward's University in Austin, Texas. She previously worked as a creative producer at Google on its Waze team from 2021 to 2025. She has also performed as a DJ at various venues.

Rock was previously married to Malaak Compton-Rock for 20 years, with their divorce finalized in 2016. They share two daughters, Lola and Zahra. He has previously been linked to actresses Megalyn Echikunwoke, Carmen Ejogo, and Lake Bell.
