The couple, both known for their appearances on "The Only Way Is Essex" (TOWIE), had reportedly been dating for over a year before this public declaration.
Lewis, 35, and Edgar, 36, stayed at the five-star El Fuerte hotel in Marbella, with nightly rates approximately £357. Lewis shared a montage of photos and videos on Instagram, offering fans a glimpse into their romantic getaway. Among the shared content was a photograph of Edgar kissing Lewis's leg as they relaxed on sun loungers, and another video of Edgar kissing her on the head while they walked together.
The collection of images also included moments from a romantic dinner date, an elevator snapshot, and Lewis in a red gingham bikini. Lewis playfully referred to Edgar as the "umbrella man" as he adjusted a parasol for shade. The holiday content also provided a look at their hotel suite and the resort grounds.
The couple's relationship first came to light when they were photographed together last month during a night out at the Tonic Terrace in Bournemouth. Prior to their public confirmation, Lewis and Edgar had kept their romance private, only hinting at their union.
Lewis, who appeared on TOWIE from 2015 to 2019, has a son from a previous relationship. Edgar, a long-standing cast member of the show, has had several high-profile relationships during his time on the series. He has previously spoken about the challenges of filming with an ex-partner.
