Singer Charlotte Church has listed her Welsh cottage for sale at £695,000, approximately two years after purchasing the mid-1600s property for £10,000 less.

The four-bedroom semi-detached home, located in South Wales, is described in its online listing as a 'real Tardis' and an 'exceptional four-bedroom residence.' The interior design is noted as being inspired by Church's travels to Africa and Morocco, incorporating natural materials like reclaimed wooden flooring and hessian carpets, alongside decorative tiling and what are described as 'retreat-like bathrooms.' The garden features banana plants, fruit-bearing shrubs, and flowers in a range of sunset colors.

Previously, Church, 40, sold her six-bedroom mansion, The Spinney, for £2.1 million. She has publicly discussed her financial situation, stating in 2024 that she is 'not a millionaire anymore.' At one point in her career, she had an estimated fortune of £25 million.

The estate agents describe the property as 'rich in character and beautifully enhanced by its current owner,' blending original features with modern updates. The home includes three reception rooms with exposed beams, a fireplace, and an original staircase. It also features a patio, garden, and BBQ space suitable for outdoor entertaining. The listing mentions potential for garden studios with annexe possibilities, subject to planning permission.
