Charlize Theron recently shared a lighthearted observation about her "Odyssey" co-star Matt Damon's physique, noting his "incredible" and "amazing" form.

During the film's world premiere in London, when an Entertainment Tonight reporter commented on Damon's shape, Theron remarked, "I made this movie with him. I’ve seen him without all of that suit on."

Theron, 50, then confessed with a laugh, "It’s weird. I’m, like, staring at him weirdly. I’m looking at his ass." She playfully reprimanded herself, stating, "I shouldn’t do that, that’s just wrong."

Despite her self-correction, the Oscar winner continued to praise the 55-year-old actor's appearance, emphasizing how "amazing" he looks. Theron and Damon portray Calypso and Odysseus, respectively, in the Christopher Nolan-directed film, which was released on Friday.

This is not the first time Theron and Damon have collaborated. They previously starred together in "The Legend of Bagger Vance" in 2000, alongside Will Smith. Theron described their reunion on set as "sentimental," recalling how they felt like "babies" then and are now "two old humans."

She told "Today" that Damon is "just one of my favorite people" and that it's "rare" to share a similar experience decades later with someone "as great and as wonderful."

Theron added that Damon is "good people" and "lovely people to be around," expressing happiness for him receiving the titular role in "The Odyssey," stating, "A better man couldn’t have gotten it."

Damon met his wife, Luciana Barroso, a former bartender, in Miami while filming "The Legend of Bagger Vance." The couple married in December 2005 and have three daughters together: Isabella, Gia, and Stella. Damon also adopted Barroso's daughter, Alexia, from a previous relationship. He recently told People that family dinners are "non-negotiable" in their household.

Theron, a single mother, has two adopted children, Jackson and August. Her past relationships include singer Stephan Jenkins, actor Stuart Townsend, and Sean Penn.
