Actor Charles Melton has confirmed he is married to director Camille Summers-Valli. The 35-year-old actor referred to Summers-Valli as his "wife" during a recent interview, though he did not disclose the date of their wedding.

Melton shared the news while discussing his Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for his role in "Beef." He recounted his reaction to the nominations, stating, "I was trying not to tune in. We [were] eight or nine hours ahead [in Paris], and so maybe about a minute before the online nominations thing came out, I looked to my wife, and I was like, 'Hey, should we turn it on?' And we did."

Melton, who has received acclaim for his portrayal of a personal trainer in the Netflix series "Beef," generally maintains privacy regarding his personal life. In March, he announced that he and Summers-Valli had welcomed their first child, but the child's name and birth date have not been publicly revealed.

At the Gold Gala in May, Melton had previously referred to Summers-Valli in various ways, including "my partner, my fiancée, my wife, my girlfriend." Later that month, he posted images of the couple with their newborn on social media, captioning the post, "Our family."

Melton rose to prominence for his role as Reggie Mantle in the CW drama "Riverdale." After the series concluded, he was publicly linked to co-star Camila Mendes, with whom he dated for three years before their reported separation in 2021. He also dated Chase Sui Wonders in 2022 and Chloe Bennet in 2023, with that relationship ending the following year.
