The United Kingdom is experiencing its hottest June on record, prompting various celebrities to share how they are coping with the sweltering temperatures.

Emily Atack, an actress, retreated to Soho Farmhouse in the Cotswolds to escape the heatwave. She shared a photograph of herself lounging by the pool in a bikini, accompanied by a bottle of wine. Earlier in the day, Atack had posted a selfie referencing her dewy complexion, jokingly asking, "sweating or glowing?"

Other public figures found themselves in less ideal situations for the warm weather. Ayda Field and Alex Jones were reportedly on set for festive photoshoots, requiring them to wear winter clothing despite the high temperatures.

Ayda Field shared an image on Instagram of herself in a festive pink jumper and a long brown winter coat, grimacing and noting, "Nothing like shooting a Christmas movie during a summer heat wave." Alex Jones also posted about the situation, showing herself in a thick red and white argyle jumper, writing, "Overheating much!" She explained that they were filming a Christmas edit for @cottontradersuk, adding, "Love this jumper though just not in the hottest day ever!!!" Jones was also seen wearing a black padded jacket during the shoot.

Some celebrities opted for more practical approaches to the heat. Molly Smith was photographed in athletic wear, including a white sports bra and purple gym shorts, appearing ready for a workout. She was seen carrying a large bottle of electrolytes.

Diana Vickers shared her unconventional cooling method, placing a bag of frozen spinach on her head. She posted a picture of herself in a sports bra, captioning it, "Frozen spinach from Tesco in this heat Hallelujah."

Additionally, Amanda Holden participated in cooling down her co-host Jamie Theakston during a segment on air by tipping a bucket of ice-cold water over him. This occurred during an on-air competition.
