Catherine Zeta-Jones is set to star as Jackie Price in Prime Video's upcoming eight-part revenge thriller, "Kill Jackie." First look images offer a glimpse of the actress, 56, in character, portraying a woman living a luxurious, anonymous life after escaping a past as an international drug smuggler.
The series follows Price as her quiet existence is shattered when she learns that "The Seven Demons," a group of elite hitmen, have been hired to kill her. Believing someone from her past is responsible, Price decides to preemptively dismantle the hitmen one by one.
In early images, Zeta-Jones is seen in a striking red, figure-hugging dress, complemented by a matching headscarf and red lipstick. Another look shows her in a brown sequin dress with a purple fur shawl, her dark hair styled in an updo and accessorized with diamond stud earrings and a necklace.
The series also features a scene where Zeta-Jones's character appears terrified, hiding behind a sofa with co-star Darci Shaw, who plays Gwen. In this more casual scene, Zeta-Jones wears a black striped tracksuit and trainers.
As the plot unfolds, Price discovers that her own past may hold more danger than the assassins pursuing her, leading to unforeseen consequences.
