Rapper Cardi B, 33, has ignited romance rumors following her appearance at Paris Fashion Week with Nigerian soccer goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, 26. The sighting comes approximately five months after Cardi B's split from NFL star Stefon Diggs.

The pair were photographed attending the Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture show together, with Okoye escorting Cardi B to her front-row seat. Cardi B wore a skin-tight zebra-print catsuit paired with towering black platform boots, while Okoye opted for a more understated khaki green vest and matching pants.

Later, the two were observed spending time together on a terrace in Paris. Okoye, who stands six-foot-six, leaned against a railing while conversing with Cardi B, who appeared engaged and smiling. During this outing, the rapper was seen in a fitted, strapless snakeskin gown.

Okoye has garnered significant online attention, partly due to his appearance, even without participating in the current World Cup tournament. The Nigerian goalie, who plays for Udinese in Italy's Serie A, has seen his social media following surge to over 1.3 million on Instagram and nearly 870,000 on TikTok.

Cardi B and Okoye's public appearances follow her breakup with former New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs. The couple had been romantically linked since early 2025, making their relationship public in May of that year. They welcomed a son together in November 2025, but the relationship reportedly ended shortly thereafter.

Reports suggested that Cardi B and Diggs had considered reconciliation, with multiple public appearances fueling speculation. However, these recent sightings with Okoye suggest a new direction in Cardi B's personal life.

Okoye, born in Germany to a Nigerian father and a German-French mother, began his professional career with Fortuna Düsseldorf in 2017. He later played for Sparta Rotterdam and Watford before joining Udinese in 2023, where he has made 76 appearances. He first represented the Nigerian national team, the Super Eagles, in 2019.

In July of the previous year, Okoye received a two-month suspension following an incident where he deliberately acquired a yellow card, which coincided with a betting plunge. While he faced accusations of match-fixing, he was ultimately cleared of that charge by Italy's Federal National Court.

Okoye has described himself as an ambassador for Enugu State in Nigeria, an anime enthusiast, and someone with a "passion for outdoor moments." He previously commented on handling attention from women, stating that as a professional, he keeps his personal life separate from his sport, acknowledging that women have historically shown interest in him.
