Cara Delevingne’s private company, Cara & Co Ltd, reported assets of £44 million in newly published 2024 accounts, an increase of roughly £3 million over the previous year, the Daily Mail reported Wednesday.

The documents, as described by the newspaper, show that listed stock market investments held by the company increased from £19.4 million to £22.3 million during the period. The accounts also list unnamed artworks valued at about £850,000.

The paperwork covering 2024 states that the £44 million figure represents accumulated earnings retained in the company and does not include dividends the actress and model has paid to herself as owner. The accounts, as reported, did not disclose the amount of any dividends drawn.

Cara Delevingne, 33, has reduced full-time modelling commitments over the past decade to pursue acting and other projects. Her screen credits over the last ten years include roles in Suicide Squad and television appearances in Carnival Row and Only Murders in the Building. She made her West End stage debut in Cabaret last year and described the experience as intense and rewarding in interviews.

The company accounts arrive as Delevingne continues commercial and creative work. The Daily Mail reported she is collaborating on a capsule collection with the relaunched Topshop, scheduled for release next year.

Delevingne has also been public about her recovery from substance use. She entered a 12-step programme in 2022 after photographs of her at Van Nuys airport prompted concern, and in interviews since she has discussed sobriety and mental-health struggles. In remarks to Variety, she said, "You're not alone" and encouraged openness about recovery; in Vogue she described choosing 12-step treatment as a way to address deeper issues; and in The Times she said sobriety had helped her regain control, saying she had "got her power back." These comments were quoted in press coverage of her recovery.

The accounts published this year provide a snapshot of Delevingne’s financial holdings through her company but do not detail personal income or how retained earnings are allocated among business activities, investments and distributions. The disclosure of asset values, particularly investments in listed stocks and art, highlights the role of non-earnings holdings in the balance sheet of celebrity-owned companies.

Representatives for Delevingne did not immediately provide additional comment to requests following the publication of the accounts. The figures were reported by the Daily Mail and reflect information in the company documents for the year ending 2024.
