Cara Delevingne has adopted a more daring public image, recently posing topless in bed with her pet cat. The 34-year-old singer and model shared the intimate snap on social media following her appearance in Playboy magazine and the release of a provocative music video for her new song "Crazy, Baby."

In the Instagram post, Delevingne, who was makeup-free, wore only grey microshorts while cuddling her Persian cat. She captioned the image simply with "Cuddles." The post also included a photo of her kissing her girlfriend, Minke, and another of her sunbathing on a balcony.

Delevingne's embrace of her "racy new image" is further evidenced by her recent work. The music video for "Crazy, Baby" features her in lingerie, dancing on a treadmill and briefly covering herself with her hands. She dedicated the song to "anyone who's ever been… not normal," reflecting her embrace of individuality.

Her feature in Playboy marked a significant moment, as she became the first openly lesbian woman to grace the magazine's print cover. Delevingne described the experience as liberating, stating, "It's so fun being naked. I love the sense in the freedom of owning my sexuality and owning my body." She noted that, unlike previous instances, this shoot felt entirely like her own choice, which she found empowering.

For the Playboy shoot, Delevingne donned a classic Playboy Bunny Suit, the first supermodel to do so since Kate Moss in 2014. The photoshoot included images of her posing with a cigarette, wearing red lingerie, and adopting a sultry demeanor. In some shots, she wore red heart-shaped pasties or covered herself with foam.

Delevingne also spoke about the duality of her persona, explaining to Playboy, "I'm just a silly baby pretending to be a sexy lady and sometimes that's how it feels. You know, everyone has that kind of polarity and dichotomy and so kind of playing within that and still having fun while trying on this, like I'm a sexy woman because you can be all of those things."

Delevingne and Minke, also 34, reportedly met as students at Bedales boarding school and began dating in 2022 after reconnecting at an Alanis Morissette concert. Delevingne, who has a background in modeling and acting, launched her singing career earlier in the year with her debut tracks "I Forgot" and "Out Of My Head."
