Cara Delevingne has become the first openly declared lesbian to grace the cover of Playboy magazine. The 33-year-old model, actress, and singer donned the iconic bunny ears and fluffy tail for the publication's latest issue.
In her cover shoot, Delevingne is seen holding a lit match to a cigarette while wearing a plunging black leather corset. Another set of images features her in the classic Playboy bunny ensemble, complete with a bow tie and white cuffs. She also posed in red lingerie, with her image displayed on a large screen in the background.
Delevingne described the experience as a "f*** you" and a rebellious act, given Playboy's historical image as a heterosexual institution. "It felt for me, not even for anyone else, really fun. That is like an absolute dream," she told the magazine.
She has been in a four-year relationship with her girlfriend, Minke, whom she met at boarding school. Delevingne noted their differences, stating, "I can't date someone like myself, ever – I come with a lot of stuff. She's the most incredible person I know."
Recently, Delevingne confirmed a past relationship with actress Amber Heard during Heard's divorce proceedings from Johnny Depp.
