Cara Delevingne has reportedly purchased Jennifer Lawrence's Beverly Hills mansion for $11 million, a year after her own home in the area was destroyed by a fire.
According to North Hill Crest, the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom residence includes a master suite with a walk-in closet and a private balcony overlooking the grounds, a large white kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, and an outdoor pool framed by mature trees and bamboo. The property sits among a celebrity-heavy neighborhood that has counted Adele, Nicole Kidman and Cameron Diaz as neighbors, and it was previously owned by Jessica Simpson before Lawrence purchased it in 2014.
Jennifer Lawrence bought the home in 2014, and it has since counted several A-list residents in the area. The house comes with a five-bedroom and five-and-a-half-bathroom layout, a master suite with a private balcony, and an expansive kitchen that opens to the living spaces, with a pool outside that offers privacy from neighboring properties.
The purchase follows a March 2024 fire that left Delevingne's own Beverly Hills mansion severely damaged. Firefighters battled the blaze for more than two hours, and the roof partially collapsed as the second story sustained significant damage. No one was seriously injured, and Delevingne was overseas in London at the time, working on a West End production of Cabaret. Her pets were reported to be safe.
In the wake of the fire, Delevingne absorbed a $2.4 million loss on the sale of her previous home, according to Realtor.com. She later described the experience as devastating but said sobriety helped her cope and move forward. "Life can change in the blink of an eye ... so cherish what you have," she told The Times.
Los Angeles Fire Department investigators later concluded the cause of the 2024 blaze was undetermined, with foul play not suspected. A firefighter was hospitalized in fair condition with an unspecified injury, and a resident suffered minor smoke inhalation, according to authorities.
The real estate move places Delevingne in a property market class known for high-profile residents, continuing her footprint in Beverly Hills as she shifts from the loss of her prior home to a new, well-connected listing.
