“Camp Rock 3” premiered on Disney Channel on Aug. 13, marking the return of the beloved musical film series 16 years after its last installment, “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.” The new movie sees the Jonas Brothers — Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas — reprising their roles. Demi Lovato, who starred as Mitchie Torres in the original films, makes a surprise cameo appearance, which was announced earlier in the week.
The film premiered at 8 p.m. ET on Disney Channel and is set to be available on Disney+ on Aug. 14. For viewers without a cable subscription, DIRECTV offers a free five-day trial of its live TV streaming service, which carries the Disney Channel.
