Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Brooks Nader marked the beginning of New York Fashion Week by wearing a striking sheer black lace midi dress to a Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) event in Manhattan. The 29-year-old model was photographed in the see-through ensemble, which featured short ruffled sleeves, a high neckline, and a fitted silhouette that extended below her knees.
Nader paired the dress with black undergarments, pointed-toe pumps, and a clutch, accessorizing minimally with several rings. Her blonde hair was styled in loose waves.
The model's appearance comes amid recent public attention on her personal life, following her split from "Dancing with the Stars" partner Gleb Savchenko. Nader and Savchenko were paired during the show's 2024 season, and their connection sparked romance speculation. Their relationship continued off-screen before they announced their separation in April 2025.
In an episode of her reality series "Love Thy Nader" that premiered in August 2025, Nader accused Savchenko of infidelity. She claimed to have discovered incriminating messages and screenshots after he left his phone behind in New York, which she viewed as evidence of his unfaithfulness.
"I feel really betrayed," Nader stated on the show after reviewing the phone's contents. She further reflected on her emotional investment in the relationship, saying, "I really did believe everything he said about how special I was to him and what I meant to him."
Savchenko has denied Nader's allegations, stating, "I'm not a cheater. I'm actually a family guy. I'm a relationship guy."
Nader's younger sister, Sarah Jane, is set to compete in an upcoming "Dancing with the Stars" season. Regarding the potential for an awkward encounter with Savchenko, who is not returning as a professional dancer, Sarah Jane Nader told Entertainment Tonight, "I wish him well. Glad I'm not having to deal with that awkward interaction."
When asked in a recent interview about dealing with past relationships, Brooks Nader joked about seeking revenge, saying, "I get my revenge in other ways. I haunt them with billboards all over LA and New York. And they're like, ‘I can’t escape her!'"
