Brandon Flowers, the lead singer of The Killers, is set to release his third solo studio album, "Thrasher," on August 21, and will embark on a nationwide solo tour from late July through early October 2026. This marks his first solo album in a decade and his first solo tour since 2015's 'The Desired Effect Tour,' excluding occasional one-off performances and festival appearances.

The forthcoming album, "Thrasher," is described as his first country-western effort, a genre inspired by his father's music. Flowers shared that this new direction feels like "unlocking a room that feels like it’s been waiting for me all along." The lead single from the album, "Plans," has already been released, offering a glimpse into the record's heartfelt, country-tinged sound, which contrasts with The Killers' signature new wave and rock style.

Flowers' solo tour will include 18 North American dates. Tickets for these shows are available, with prices varying by city and venue. As of publication, the lowest-priced ticket found was $64, including fees, on SeatGeek for a September 15 show at the Palace Theatre in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Tickets for his September 18 concert at Brooklyn's Paramount in New York start at $95, including fees. A promo code, NYPOST10, offers $10 off SeatGeek purchases over $250 for first-time users.

Fans can expect Flowers to perform songs from his solo catalog, potentially debuting new material from "Thrasher." His 2015 tour also included a mix of solo tracks and popular Killers songs such as "Jenny Was a Friend of Mine," "Read My Mind," "Human," and "Mr. Brightside."

In addition to his solo endeavors, Flowers is scheduled to perform at the Austin City Limits festival on October 2, the first weekend of the event, which also features artists like Kings of Leon and The War On Drugs. His solo shows are distinct from The Killers' continued touring activities.
