Brad Pitt, 62, is reportedly not planning to marry his girlfriend Ines de Ramon, 33, despite their close relationship and her integration into his family. The news comes as five of his six children with ex-wife Angelina Jolie have dropped the Pitt surname.

De Ramon, a jewelry designer, began dating Pitt in 2022. A source told Page Six that she has developed strong relationships with Pitt's family, who have "welcomed her with open arms" and consider her "part of the family." The insider added that de Ramon maintains regular contact with Pitt's siblings, nieces, and nephews, attending family gatherings and getting to know them individually. "They text and keep in touch outside of Brad, which says a lot about how close they’ve become," the source noted.

Pitt and Jolie's divorce was finalized in December 2024, eight years after their 2016 marriage. The former couple share six children: Maddox, 24; Pax, 22; Zahara, 21; Shiloh, 20; and 17-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.

Recent reports indicate that Maddox filed paperwork in May to have Pitt removed from his surname for "personal reasons." Zahara petitioned this month to change her surname from Jolie-Pitt to Jolie. Knox, who turned 18 on July 12, omitted Pitt from his diploma upon graduating, and Vivienne has formally begun using only Jolie. Shiloh legally dropped her father's surname after turning 18.

Pax is reportedly the only one of the six children who has not dropped the Pitt surname. According to Page Six, Pax maintains ties to his father's side of the family and recently attended a family engagement celebration for his cousin Sydney. However, another source indicated that Pax does not have a significant relationship with his father, recalling a scathing Father's Day message Pax posted in 2014 calling Pitt a "world class a**hole."
