Bianca Censori has shared a disturbing fake image depicting her husband, Kanye West, with his head severed and placed on a tray. Censori, an Australian architect, posted the image on Instagram on Friday.

The graphic image was shared alongside other behind-the-scenes photos from West's and rapper Don Toliver's new music video for the track "OK." The music video, which Censori directed and was released earlier this month, features a headless West lying on an operating table as objects are removed from his abdomen.

Among the images posted by Censori was a close-up of West's severed head. Another depicted West with a blank expression, holding a sword against a wall, while a police officer was also shown posing with a platter holding what appeared to be West's head.

Don Toliver was also featured in some images, with his suit appearing splattered with blood. Other photos showed individuals in scrubs and surgical gloves with vacant expressions, and a nurse wearing alien-inspired prosthetic makeup.

Reactions from fans on social media were divided, with some describing the content as "disgusting" and "traumatizing," while others praised West and Censori as "creative geniuses."

Censori and West met in November 2020 when he contacted her on Instagram to work for his Yeezy brand. They married secretly in December 2022, shortly after West's divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized. Censori has frequently drawn attention for her minimalist and revealing fashion choices.

In a March interview with Vanity Fair, Censori stated that her style is a personal and artistic choice, describing it as a "collaboration" with West rather than solely his decision. She likened it to being given a dress by a designer like Gianni Versace.

West released "Bully Deluxe" in June, an album that includes reworked tracks, updated songs, and new material such as "OK."

In February 2025, the couple generated controversy at the Grammy Awards when Censori removed her fur coat on the red carpet, revealing a sheer dress worn without undergarments. This incident led to public backlash and unsubstantiated rumors that they were removed from the event.
