Bianca Censori, wife of rapper Kanye West, has shared a disturbing fake image depicting West's severed head on a tray. The image was posted to Instagram on Friday, accompanying a series of behind-the-scenes photos from West and fellow rapper Don Toliver's recent music video for their track "OK."
The music video, which was released earlier this month and directed by Censori, features a headless West lying on an operating table as doctors appear to remove objects from his abdomen. The accompanying photos shared by Censori included a close-up of West's severed head, an image of him posing with a sword, and another depicting a police officer holding his head on a platter.
Reactions from fans to the images were divided, with some viewers describing them as "disgusting" and "traumatising," while others praised West and Censori as "creative geniuses."
Censori, an architect, met West in November 2020 after he reached out to her on Instagram to work for his Yeezy brand. The couple secretly married in December 2022, shortly after West's divorce from Kim Kardashian was finalized. Censori has frequently drawn attention for her minimalist fashion choices, which she has described as a personal and artistic collaboration with West, not solely his decision.
In a March interview with Vanity Fair, Censori stated that she would not do anything she did not want to do, emphasizing the collaborative nature of her style choices. She previously made headlines in February 2025 for her attire at the Grammy Awards, where she removed a fur coat to reveal a sheer dress worn without underwear, sparking public discussion.
West released "Bully Deluxe" in June, an album featuring reworked mixes, updated tracks, and new songs like "OK."
