Bethenny Frankel Praises Affordable CoverGirl Foundation

Bethenny Frankel has shared her latest drugstore beauty discovery, a $12 CoverGirl foundation that she has dubbed “f—king phenomenal.” The reality television personality detailed her experience with the CoverGirl Simply Ageless Skin Perfector Essence in a TikTok video, initially intending to film a “get ready with me” but instead focusing on her unexpectedly positive review of the product.

“I did not have high hopes for this,” Frankel admitted in the clip, referencing the product’s modest price point. However, she was quickly won over by its performance, describing the lightweight coverage as “phenomenal” and noting that it felt like “hydration on my face.” Frankel, who recently returned from Burning Man, mentioned she used only a “dime-sized” amount to cover her entire face, providing what she called a “thin veil of coverage.” She concluded the seemingly unsponsored review by expressing her delight in the discovery, telling CoverGirl, “wow did you shake me.”

Frankel also featured the foundation in a subsequent TikTok video, where she highlighted her favorite “nothing but something makeup” for a minimalist look. The CoverGirl Simply Ageless Skin Perfector Essence has also garnered positive reviews from Amazon customers, with one user calling it their “daily go-to” and praising its ability to avoid settling into wrinkles.

This is not the first time Frankel has publicly endorsed a CoverGirl product. In July, she similarly praised the CoverGirl TruBlend Sun & Sculpt Bronzing Glow Serum, stating it was “as good as the expensive ones” without any compromise in quality.
