Below Deck Mediterranean stars Gael Cameron and Nathan Gallagher have been named in an apprehended violence application filed in a New South Wales court.

A listing on the NSW Online Registry shows an apprehended violence application (AVA) involving Cameron, with the matter scheduled for a court appearance on September 1, 2026. The case number indicates the filing occurred in 2025.

An AVA is a legal request for a court order intended to protect a person from another. Under New South Wales law, such an order may be made if the court is satisfied there are reasonable grounds for a person to fear violence, intimidation, or stalking. The application itself does not establish that violence occurred or that an order will ultimately be granted.

The court filing follows months of public speculation regarding the couple's relationship status. Cameron and Gallagher, who met while filming Below Deck Mediterranean, initially separated after their on-screen romance before reconciling in 2024. They welcomed their first child, a son named Kayden, in June 2025.

Fan speculation about a potential separation intensified in March of this year when it was noted that Cameron had seemingly unfollowed Gallagher on Instagram. Gallagher also posted content on social media that was interpreted by fans as referring to a blockage by an ex-partner. While the couple continued to share some family updates, including footage of Cameron with their son in March, further reports in June indicated they were no longer following each other on social media, and Gallagher had largely disappeared from Cameron's online presence. Neither Cameron nor Gallagher publicly confirmed a split.

Bravo has continued to incorporate the couple's relationship into its coverage of Below Deck Mediterranean Season 11, including discussions of their challenges. It remains unclear if the matter will be withdrawn or if an order will be made, and neither Cameron nor Gallagher has publicly commented on the court filing.
