Proud parents David and Victoria Beckham were among the audience cheering on their son Cruz Beckham and his band, The Breakers, during their performance at Reading Festival.

David Beckham, 51, and Victoria Beckham, 52, were seen embracing Cruz, 21, backstage after the set. David called the performance "amazing" and told his son "well done," while Victoria expressed her pride. Their younger children, Romeo, 24, and Harper, 15, were also present. Harper joined Cruz on stage during his set to throw T-shirts to the crowd.

Cruz described the performance as "insane" and the band's best crowd reception to date. He later dedicated a song, "Nobody," to his sister, Harper, who was seen dancing in the audience.

Victoria complimented Cruz's stage attire, which included an orange crop top and jeans. The Beckhams had traveled from the Amalfi Coast to attend the performance, braving rainy weather.

Cruz's performance took place on the Canopy Stage, an area that has drawn attention and criticism. Organizers replaced the traditional BBC Introducing Stage, a platform for unsigned artists, with the Canopy Stage, featuring performances from children of well-known musicians. This lineup led to widespread discussion and the stage being informally dubbed the "Nepo Baby Stage." Acts on the stage included Violet Grohl (daughter of Dave Grohl), Cruz Beckham, People I've Met (fronted by Moses Martin, son of Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow), and Villanelle (fronted by Gene Gallagher, son of Liam Gallagher and Nicole Appleton). December 10, who gained fame from Simon Cowell's Netflix series "The Next Act," also performed.

Cruz acknowledged the discourse during his performance, greeting the crowd with "welcome to the nepo stage." He and his band recently released their EP "Wear & Tear" and concluded a UK tour this summer.
