David and Victoria Beckham were among the family members who attended the Reading Festival on Saturday to support their son, Cruz, as he made his festival debut with his band, The Breakers. The youngest of the Beckham sons, 21, performed on The Canopy stage.

Despite a rain-soaked afternoon, the former footballer and the fashion designer watched from the side of the stage. Cruz's siblings, Romeo and Harper, and his girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, were also present, beaming with pride. A concertgoer told the Daily Mail that the family was attentively watching, with Victoria showing affection toward David.

Apostel shared her support on Instagram Stories with a shirt reading "Cruz Beckham sang to me." Cruz himself expressed his anticipation for the performance on Instagram Stories prior to his set.

The performance marks a significant milestone for Cruz, who has been actively touring the UK with The Breakers. The band recently released their EP "Wear & Tear," featuring tracks such as "Better Times," "WANNABE," "Seeing Red," "Loneliest Boy," and the title track.

Cruz described the EP as capturing "a life lived," encompassing the highs, lows, and learning experiences inherent in human emotion. He hopes the EP conveys a message of shared emotional experiences despite diverse life paths.

Following their Reading performance, The Breakers are scheduled to play in Leeds on Sunday as part of a six-show run coinciding with the EP's release. This follows a summer of touring across Europe on a yacht and previous performances, including Lollapalooza last month.

Cruz's festival appearance places him among other children of famous musicians performing at the event. Liam Gallagher's son Gene performed with his band Villanelle on Friday, and Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow's son Moses played with his band People I’ve Met. Dave Grohl's daughter Violet was also slated to perform.

This Reading Festival debut follows a period of significant musical development for Cruz. He previously embarked on his first headline tour, "The For Your Love Tour," in early 2026, playing sold-out shows across the UK and Europe, and a North American leg. His first single, "For Your Love," preceded these shows.

Last year, Cruz performed for his family and friends for the first time, an event that reportedly brought his parents to "tears of joy." Victoria shared a video of the performance on social media, expressing her pride, and David also shared his emotional reaction.
