Bath & Body Works has released its first Halloween-themed collection of the year, dubbed Summerween, on June 29. The collection includes new and returning scents available in body care, home fragrance, hand soaps, and PocketBac hand sanitizers.
The Summerween collection is spearheaded by two main fragrances: Vampire Blood and Ghoul Friend. Vampire Blood is described as a juicy floral scent with notes of red berries, night-blooming jasmine, and petrifying plum. Ghoul Friend offers a fruity and floral combination featuring dark strawberries, ghostly peony, and spine-chilling citrus.
In addition to the core scents, the collection includes three other fragrances. One scent is characterized by notes of autumn air, woody incense, and midnight fog, aiming to evoke the smell of a favorite spooky movie. Another, geared towards those with a "treats than tricks" preference, combines spun sugared webs, fresh berries, and fluffy whipped vanilla. The returning fall favorite, Pumpkin Carving, features notes of freshly carved pumpkin, spiced pumpkin seeds, and smooth brown sugar.
A member-exclusive three-wick candle, Spooky Popcorn, is also part of the collection, reportedly smelling like "a night at the movies" with notes of cauldron-popped corn, drizzled butter, and sea salt. This candle includes a decorative lid designed to fit the carnival theme of Summerween.
Customers can take advantage of current promotions during the release. The body care items from the Halloween collection are included in a buy three, get one free offer. Hand soaps are available at a price of five for $28, and PocketBac hand sanitizers are priced at six for $1.
The new collection is available for purchase online and in stores.
