A team representing Barstool Sports achieved a notable zero score during a recent episode of "Celebrity Family Feud." The team, which included Barstool founder Dave Portnoy, former NHL player Ryan Whitney, Rico Bosco, Kirk Minihane, Jersey Jerry, and Stu Feiner, competed against the family of basketball player Cooper Flagg.
Despite the team's low score, a memorable moment occurred when host Steve Harvey asked contestants to "name something a player probably has that a regular guy might not." Portnoy's response, "big d–k," prompted an apology from Harvey and a statement that the Barstool team would not be returning to the show. The Flaggs ultimately won the game by a significant margin of 543 points.
Former player Ryan Whitney acknowledged his own performance, stating, "I didn’t have high expectations for myself personally, but I could have at least chucked out an answer." Whitney struggled during a face-off, reportedly freezing and failing to provide an answer.
Another question prompted Kirk Minihane to respond, "Try and hide the drugs," in reference to what to do if a TSA dog approaches. This answer, surprisingly, scored two points and ranked seventh on the board, eliciting a celebratory reaction from Minihane.
"They were good," Whitney commented on the opposing team's performance following the show. The Barstool X account later shared memes and commentary poking fun at Whitney's performance, including a post stating, "He froze, my guy hasn’t moved in 40 minutes."
