Austin Butler has purchased Brad Pitt's Los Angeles home for $5.2 million, closing the deal last Friday on the Los Feliz property that was burgled while Pitt was away on the F1 tour.

Real estate sources told TMZ that the three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence — known as 'The Steel House' — spans just over 2,000 square feet and includes solar panels, a built-in sauna and an expansive outdoor pool.

Three suspects burglarized Pitt's estate on June 25, scaling a fence and breaking in through a front window, according to LAPD officials; Pitt was away promoting F1 and not at the home.

Before Butler’s purchase, the Los Feliz home had a notable ownership history. Pitt bought The Steel House in 2023 for $5.5 million from oil heiress Aileen Getty in a star-studded estate swap that saw Getty acquire Pitt's prior property nearby for $33 million.

Earlier this year The Post noted Pitt bought a separate Hollywood Hills property for about $12 million, citing security features as a primary draw; the 8,385-square-foot estate includes six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a theater, a fire pit and a pool.

Butler’s purchase adds to a recent stream of high-profile real estate moves among stars in Los Angeles.
