Ariana Grande recently demonstrated an unexpected talent for voice impressions in a TikTok video promoting her R.E.M. Beauty line. The video, posted on her brand's official social media, featured Grande mimicking several characters from the Harry Potter film franchise with remarkable accuracy. She adopted the voices of characters such as Mrs. Weasley, Ron Weasley, Dobby, and Severus Snape, using them to humorously search for her brand's Blur Butter tinted lip balm. She also performed an impression of Bellatrix Lestrange, which elicited laughter from those present. Other characters she impersonated included Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Moaning Myrtle, and Oliver Wood.

The video emerged shortly after reports suggested Grande has rekindled her romance with ex-boyfriend Ricky Alvarez. Fans have been speculating about their reunion in recent weeks, having observed the pair together on multiple occasions. Sources indicate that Grande and Alvarez are officially back together but are proceeding cautiously, aiming to "take things slow" without immediately entering into anything serious. An insider shared that Grande is happy to have Alvarez back in her life, noting his positive energy and ability to make her laugh.

Grande herself appeared to hint at the reconciliation during her ongoing Eternal Sunshine tour. During a concert in Brooklyn, she modified the lyrics of her hit song "Thank U, Next." The original line, "Wrote some songs about Ricky / Now I listen and laugh," was changed to "Wrote some songs about Ricky / We always find our way back." Earlier, on June 26, during a show in Texas, she sang, "Wrote some songs about Ricky / I know he's still got my back."
Alvarez, who was a backup dancer for Grande on her 2015 Honeymoon tour, was reportedly seen at multiple shows during her current tour. He was also present at a Fourth of July celebration with Grande's family in Boca Raton, Florida, and was seen with her in Austin, Texas, during her performances there. The couple first dated in 2016, with their relationship lasting about a year before they reportedly split.

This period of renewed romance follows Grande's recent breakup with her "Wicked" co-star Ethan Slater. Their relationship, which lasted three years, concluded earlier this year, with the split becoming public in June. Sources described the breakup as amicable, with both parties remaining friends. Grande has been focusing her energy on her "Eternal Sunshine" tour, which began on June 6 in Oakland, California, and is scheduled to conclude in London on September 1. She is also preparing for the release of her studio album, "Petal," on July 31.
