Ariana Grande has expanded her London residency to 10 shows next summer after overwhelming demand exhausted initial ticket allocations.

The singer will now perform at the O2 Arena on August 15, 16, 19, 20, 23, 24, 27, 28 and 31, and September 1, 2026. Those dates are the only European stops announced so far for her The Eternal Sunshine Tour. Organizers added five performances after a presale and general sale sparked intense demand and quick sellouts.

Organizers said more than two million people attempted to buy tickets during the presale, and remaining tickets were bought quickly when the general sale opened. Secondary-market listings for some shows appeared with prices many times the face value, prompting public complaints from fans and a response from Grande.

On social media, Grande said she had been "on the phone every second of my free time fighting for a solution" to get more tickets into fans' hands rather than into the hands of resellers. In an Instagram Story she wrote, "hi my angels, i have been on set all week but i wanted to let you know that what's been happening with the secondary ticket resellers has been brought to my attention," and added that she and her team "are doing everything we can."

Grande opted not to use dynamic pricing for the tour, with face-ticket prices set in advance from $79 for the most distant seats to $799 for standard tickets, excluding VIP packages. Despite that stance, many Ticketmaster allocations were sold out, leading fans to seek tickets on third-party resale platforms where some listings showed marked-up prices.

The extended residency marks Grande's first U.K. shows since 2019, ending a five-year gap since her Sweetener World Tour. Her eighth studio era began with the release of Eternal Sunshine in February 2024 and continued with recognition at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards; Grande won Best Pop and her single "Brighter Days Ahead" took Video of the Year, where she thanked fans and teased forthcoming concerts.

The O2 Arena dates are scheduled amid Grande's growing involvement in film. She is set to appear in the sequel Wicked: For Good, which is scheduled to premiere November 21, and will reunite with director Jon M. Chu on a cinematic adaptation of Dr. Seuss's Oh, the Places You'll Go!, in which she is attached to star opposite Josh Gad.

Promoters and ticketing platforms have in recent years faced scrutiny over handling large-scale presales and preventing automated bots and scalpers from acquiring large blocks of tickets. Grande’s team did not publicly disclose specific measures beyond the added dates and the singer’s pledge to work to make more tickets available. The expanded schedule will give fans more opportunities to attend, while the secondary-market activity highlights ongoing tensions between demand for high-profile tours and the capacity of ticketing systems to match supply with genuine fan purchasers.

Tickets for the newly added London dates will be available through official outlets; promoters advised fans to consult the tour's official channels for sale times and verified resale options. Grande's management and the O2 did not immediately respond to requests for further comment.
