Amy Childs recently attended the ITV showcase, opting for a summery white co-ord ensemble. The 'The Only Way Is Essex' (TOWIE) star, 36, appeared alongside her cousin and co-star Harry Derbidge at the London event.

Childs elaborated on her recent dramatic weight loss, which saw her drop to under seven stone. She attributed this to a combination of stress related to her mother's health and a brief experience with "skinny jabs." Her mother, Julie, suffered a heart attack the previous year, a significant contributing factor to Childs's stress and subsequent weight loss.

Discussing her use of "skinny jabs" on the "No Parental Guidance" podcast, Childs described feeling unwell, experiencing nausea, and vomiting for three days, which she initially mistook for pregnancy. She stated she stopped using them after two weeks due to the severe reaction, calling the experience "terrifying" and noting her concern for her children's well-being.

Despite her personal negative experience, Childs acknowledged that the injections have been effective for others, including friends and her mother's acquaintances. She also addressed ongoing scrutiny regarding her weight, particularly comments made about her appearance at her wedding.

Childs, a mother of four to Polly, nine, Ritchie, seven, and three-year-old twins Milly and Billy, mentioned that she now trains three times a week, including playing Padel.

In addition to discussing her health, Childs confirmed that she is in advanced discussions with ITV for a spin-off show. This potential series would focus on her lavish second wedding in Spain, planned for September, following a low-key ceremony at London's Marylebone Town Hall in April with her long-term partner, Billy Delbosq, 43. Sources suggest ITV sees a strong fit, given Childs's history with the network and multiple previous family-focused spin-off shows.
