Amanda Holden, 55, shared a series of holiday photos on Saturday, including a throwback image from 11 years ago, alongside current snaps with her daughters Lexi, 20, and Hollie, 14. The TV star, who is vacationing in Greece, showcased a plunging orange summer dress in one of the recent pictures, which also offered a glimpse of her toned midriff. The mother posed with her daughters, with the recent photograph placed beside a younger image of herself from a previous holiday. In the older snap, Holden is seen smiling in a white minidress.

Holden also marked a personal achievement, receiving her boat license alongside her daughter Lexi. A photo captured the moment, showing them smiling as Holden wore a blue shirt and sunglasses.

Last week, Holden shared a rare romantic photo with her husband of 18 years, Chris Hughes. The couple met five years prior in Los Angeles and have two daughters together. In the image, Holden wore a khaki green lace slip dress, while Hughes was dressed in a white linen shirt. Fans commented on her appearance, with one user writing, "You look gorg."

Holden has previously discussed her approach to maintaining her appearance. She has mentioned following a diet similar to Elizabeth Hurley's, which involves one substantial meal a day. Her typical breakfast includes an egg white omelette with spinach, feta, and avocado, accompanied by a green juice. As a vegetarian, she believes her diet is largely healthy, though she enjoys food and drinks like Aperol Spritz in moderation. She stated, "I just think life is tricky as it is, so just let yourself have what you want within good reason. A little bit of everything is good."

Regarding her posing techniques, Holden admitted to breathing in, suggesting it's an instinctive habit for women. She attributes her physique partly to genetics, noting that her mother and grandmother are also slim. She also regularly uses her Peloton bike for exercise two to three times a week, finding it convenient regardless of weather conditions.

Holden has also addressed online negativity, stating she is unfazed by trolls. She mentioned that she chooses not to read negative comments and weighs whether to block or ignore them. "If I see anything bad on Instagram I sort of weigh it up. Do I want to block them? Am I amused? Is it saucy?" she asked. She believes that individuals in the public eye must develop resilience. "I'm of the mindset that if you're putting yourself out there, you have to take the rough with the smooth. That is very sadly our industry and you build a tougher skin from it," she explained.

She described her makeup as her "armour," emphasizing that she is rarely seen without lashes and lip gloss. Sunglasses are also a regular accessory, serving as a way to enhance her appearance on days when she feels less confident. "If you are having an off day you just put on a pair of shades and you're a winner straight away," she commented.
