Alix Earle and her sister Ashtin Earle are offering fans a more in-depth look into their lives with the new Netflix reality series, "Earle Meets World." Despite Alix Earle's established presence on social media, the process of filming a reality show prompted her to question the extent of personal details she could share.
"I think coming out of this experience, I’m like, ‘Oh, okay,'" Alix Earle told Decider. Her sister, Ashtin Earle, added with a tease, "There’s still a lot more that I could have shared!" Alix Earle echoed this sentiment, expressing excitement for viewers to experience the series.
The show delves into significant events in Alix Earle's life, including her breakup with NFL player Braxton Berrios, the debut of her skincare line Reale Actives, and her perspective on past disputes with "Call Her Daddy" host Alex Cooper. Alix Earle explained that a reality series offers a different platform than social media because it allows events to unfold in real time, rather than being scripted or curated after the fact. "I think being able to watch us go through those moments or to have those tough conversations with each other is a beautiful thing at the end of the day, although it feels a little scary in the moment," she noted.
While Alix Earle is known for her openness online, Ashtin Earle found the increased vulnerability required for the reality series took some adjustment. "Yeah, honestly, I feel like it came to me more naturally than I thought it would. I thought I was gonna be really horrible in front of a camera, but I kind of got the hang of it. But yeah, it definitely was weird being so much more open and vulnerable than I’m used to," Ashtin Earle said.
"Earle Meets World" also features Alix Earle's collaboration with Dunkin', where she developed the "Earle-y Riser Meal." She described the process as fun and chaotic, reflecting the natural dynamic of their family. The meal has been finalized and is available with the launch of the series.
Both sisters expressed openness to a second season, with Alix Earle hoping for a season with less crying and more happiness. The series concluded with a cliffhanger, suggesting potential for future storylines. "I would love to share and give updates on where we are now," Alix Earle stated regarding a potential Season 2.
