Social media influencer Alix Earle has spoken out about a past professional relationship she described as a "betrayal," alleging that her former mentor, Alex Cooper, "took advantage" of her admiration. Earle made these claims in a preview for her upcoming Netflix series, "Earle Meets World."
Earle signed with Cooper's Unwell Network in 2023, but their partnership ended in 2025. In the new Netflix show, Earle elaborates on the events leading to their split, with her father, TJ Earle, offering a blunt assessment in the series, calling Cooper "a bitch and they sucked."
Details surrounding the professional fallout are expected to be further explored in the full "Earle Meets World" series, which is set to premiere on Netflix on September 4. Netflix hosted a preview event for the show at its Hollywood headquarters on Tuesday night, celebrating Earle as the series' star.

Earle attended the event with her family, including her sister Ashtin. Attendees enjoyed themed drinks and received goodie bags. Several castmates from Earle's time on "Dancing with the Stars" Season 34, including Corey Feldman, Dylan Efron, and Danielle Fishel, were also present to support her, as were "The Bachelor" couple Joey Graziaedi and Kelsey Anderson, "Love Island" personality Kenzie Annis, influencer Tana Mongeau, and musician Landon Barker.
During the event, Earle expressed her nervousness and excitement about the series' release, joking about having consumed drinks beforehand. "I have been taking shots for like the past three hours. I might be at the bar while we’re watching this!"
Cooper has previously addressed the rumors of a dispute, posting a TikTok video urging Earle to "stop hiding behind other people" and accusing her of "passive-aggressive re-posts and likes." Cooper has recently faced business challenges, including the cancellation of a reality show and the folding of her beverage brand. However, her company also recently secured significant funding from Patrick Whitesell's firm.
