Al Roker's daughter, Leila Roker, recently celebrated her marriage to longtime boyfriend Sylvain Gricourt with two distinct wedding celebrations. The couple first exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in France on May 9, followed by a larger reception two weeks later on May 23 at an estate in New Jersey.

Leila, 27, who works in public relations, met Gricourt, a sustainability content manager, in Paris in January 2018 while she was studying at the American University of Paris. Gricourt proposed in February 2025 during a trip to Venice, Italy, after seven years together.

The French wedding began with a civil ceremony at the town hall near their home in Paris. Gricourt described the event as "intimate and personal," noting that the officiant incorporated details they had shared, including a mention of their miniature poodle, Clouseau. This was followed by a traditional Catholic church ceremony and a reception held in the garden of the Le Manoir de Gressy Hotel, a venue just outside of Paris. Roker recounted the day, stating, "I was so happy that crying never even occurred to me." He shared that seeing Leila, dressed in an Amsale Mirai silk gown and cropped blazer, evoked memories of her as a child.

The couple then held a second wedding celebration at the historic Pendry Natirar estate in New Jersey. For this event, Leila wore a custom Mark Ingram gown and later changed into an Amsale slip dress for the party. Family friend and opera singer Denyce Graves performed, and the couple shared a first dance to Nat King Cole's "L.O.V.E.". Al Roker and his daughter danced to Frank Sinatra's "The Way You Look Tonight."
