Actress Jaime Pressly was reportedly asked to leave a hotel in San Jose, California, after allegedly causing a scene and appearing to be under the influence. The incident occurred last Thursday at the Signia by Hilton San Jose, according to TMZ.

Witnesses told the outlet that Pressly, 49, was in the hotel lobby bar, speaking loudly on her phone and using expletives while drinking alcohol. An onlooker reportedly complained to hotel staff about her behavior, prompting two security guards to approach her. Reports indicate that Pressly initially ignored the guards and continued her phone conversation.

She then allegedly approached another woman, touching her arm and speaking about the security guards. A guard then intervened and reportedly told Pressly, "we're done." After a cigarette break outside, she allegedly returned to the bar for another drink before security eventually escorted her from the premises. However, a separate source told TMZ that Pressly left the hotel on her own accord.

Following the alleged incident, Pressly canceled a scheduled appearance at GalaxyCon San Jose. A spokesperson for Signia by Hilton San Jose stated that due to privacy obligations, they could not provide specific information about the event.

This event follows Pressly's recent launch of an OnlyFans account in May, where she stated she planned to share "spicy and wild" content and connect directly with her audience. Prior to this, Pressly had a career in modeling for magazines such as Maxim and Stuff, and appeared in films like "Not Another Teen Movie" and "Joe Dirt." She gained significant recognition for her role as Joy Turner in the NBC sitcom "My Name Is Earl" and later starred in the CBS sitcom "Mom."
