Abbey Clancy and her sister Elle have recounted an argument that occurred when Abbey wore a white ensemble to Elle's civil wedding. The dispute was revealed on Abbey and her husband Peter Crouch's podcast, The Therapy Crouch.
Elle, 28, explained that Abbey, 40, arrived in a white dress for the civil ceremony before Elle's larger wedding in Mallorca. "She called me the morning of and she was like, "I'm late. I'm in a white dress."" Elle said on the podcast. Abbey responded by describing her outfit as a "butter lemon two-piece suit," which Elle clarified was "cream."
Abbey also revealed that she plans to wear a white dress as the maid of honor at the upcoming Mallorca wedding, noting that Elle's bridesmaid dresses are cream. Elle reportedly refused Abbey's suggestions to alter the maid of honor dress, describing one proposed modification as looking like a "Can-Can girl Halloween dress."
During the podcast discussion, Peter Crouch interjected, reminding them they were recording. Elle announced her engagement to her partner Scott in December 2023, when he proposed with "MARRY ME" letters and rose petals.
Meanwhile, a new documentary series titled "The Crouches" is set to follow Abbey and Peter. The series will document the couple's life, including a home renovation project, significant birthdays, weddings, and their children's milestones. The couple shares four children: Sophia Ruby, Liberty Rose, Johnny, and Jack.
