Georgina Rodríguez and Cristiano Ronaldo exchanged vows in a private ceremony at their home on August 11, celebrating their 10-year anniversary. While the couple opted for simple Gucci outfits and plain gold wedding bands, Rodríguez adorned herself with an extensive collection of Chopard diamonds valued at approximately $55 million.
The centerpiece of her bridal jewelry was the Chopard Garden of Kalahari necklace, featuring a 50-carat D-flawless brilliant-cut diamond pendant surrounded by an additional 146 carats of smaller stones. This significant piece was previously worn by Beyoncé to the 2025 Met Gala, though she styled it without its three detachable pendants. For the wedding, Rodríguez incorporated two of these pendants as earrings: one with a 25-carat pear-shaped stone and another with a 26-carat heart-shaped stone. Together, the necklace and its associated pendants are valued at around $50 million.
Rodríguez's ensemble also included her prominent engagement ring, estimated to be worth around $5 million and potentially over 30 carats. She further accessorized with a bracelet from the Garden of Kalahari collection, set with 21-carat and 14.7-carat emerald-cut diamonds alongside other stones totaling 13.1 carats. She also wore a ring featuring a 20-carat cushion-cut diamond and 6.9 carats of surrounding stones, as well as another ring from the Haute Joaillerie collection with 5.7 carats of pear-cut and marquise-cut diamonds.
The collection originates from the Garden of Kalahari, a 342-carat diamond that was divided into 23 separate stones. Rodríguez, a Chopard ambassador, selected pieces that highlighted the rarity and brilliance of these diamonds.
Despite the opulent jewelry, the wedding itself was intentionally intimate. "We’ve chosen to do it in the living room of our house here, where we have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and where we live the reality of our lives," Rodríguez told Vogue. She expressed a desire for their children to remember the event as a meaningful moment shared at their family table. Rodríguez has, however, indicated plans for a larger celebration at a future date.
