Live performances by BTO typically feature around 18 songs, including hits such as "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet," "Let It Ride," "Roll On Down the Highway," and "Takin' Care of Business." The band also performs songs from The Guess Who catalog, as well as solo hits like "She's So High" by Tal Bachman, and a classic rock medley. A reported setlist from a November 2025 show included tracks like "Take It Like a Man," "Not Fragile," "American Woman" (a Guess Who cover), and "Takin' Care of Business."

New Music and Band Lineup

BTO released their first single in nearly 30 years, "60 Years Ago," on March 28, 2025. The song features a guitar solo by Neil Young and references Canadian rock artists. The current lineup performing live includes Randy Bachman (vocals/guitar), Tal Bachman (vocals/guitar), Koko Bachman (drums), Lance LaPointe (bass), and Brent Knudsen (guitar/vocals).

Randy Bachman, 81, recently shared the story behind the iconic 1973 hit "Takin' Care Of Business." He recalled hearing a radio host named Daryl B say "we're taking care of business" and was inspired to write the song on the spot. The call-and-response section of the song was improvised during a performance, with the band recording it two weeks later.

Other classic rock artists also touring in the near future include Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band, Neil Young with Willie Nelson, Robert Plant, Eric Clapton, and AC/DC.
