A 29-year-old woman died following a workplace incident at a towing yard in Osborne Park, northern Perth. The incident occurred at approximately 5:40 a.m. on Tuesday morning near the intersection of Sundercombe Street and Collingwood Street. Emergency services were called to the scene and attempted to provide first aid, but the woman could not be revived.
Several individuals were observed comforting each other in the vicinity following the incident. A report is being prepared for the Coroner, and WorkSafe has initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fatality.
