A woman and a 10-year-old girl were found deceased inside a car that had submerged in a dam on a rural Queensland property. Emergency services were dispatched to Springvale Road shortly before 5:30 p.m. on Thursday after receiving reports of a blue Subaru Tribeca entering the water. The 36-year-old woman, identified as being from Tinana South, and the girl were located within the vehicle. Preliminary police investigations indicate that the car veered off the road before entering the dam.
