Sevastopol, the biggest city in Crimea, experienced power outages following Ukrainian drone strikes, according to Moscow-installed governor Mikhail Razvozhayev. He stated on Telegram that the attacks targeted the main power substation of the city, resulting in electricity disruptions.

Razvozhayev characterized the attacks as "vile," aiming to disrupt daily life and incite panic. He assured the public that emergency services are on high alert and a "special regime" is in place at energy facilities while damage assessments are conducted. Residents were advised to conserve energy, including reducing mobile phone screen brightness and closing background applications. They were also urged to check on elderly neighbors, as temperatures were expected to reach 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit).

Explosions were reportedly heard in Bakhchisarai, Kerch, and near Mount Ai-Petri, an area housing a radio engineering battalion of the Russian Aerospace Forces. Robert Brovdi, commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, claimed on Wednesday that drones had targeted 48 operational and planned military sites.
