Two people were killed and another was seriously injured on Sunday when a shooter opened fire on a hunting party in southern Norway, according to police.
The suspect was apprehended at the scene, and authorities stated the individual is not believed to be part of the hunting party. The injured victim was transported to a hospital for treatment.
The incident occurred near Halden, a town situated approximately 60 miles from Oslo and close to the Swedish border.
