Two individuals have been charged by Irish police in connection with an arson attack that resulted in the deaths of four family members in Waterford. The suspects, a man in his 20s and a woman in her 30s, were arrested on Thursday and are scheduled to appear in court.
They are expected to be brought before a special sitting of Clonmel District Court in County Tipperary on Saturday afternoon. The charges stem from an incident on Tuesday when a home on Birch Avenue was set on fire.
Kim English, Philip English, and their two children, 9-year-old Jayden and 12-year-old Callum, died in the blaze. Two other children who were present in the house at the time sustained critical injuries and were transported to a hospital in Crumlin, Dublin.
