President Donald Trump accused Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un of "conspiring against The United States of America" after the three leaders met in Beijing during a military parade, the president said on Tuesday.
Trump wrote on his social media platform Truth Social that he hoped President Xi would acknowledge "the massive amount of support and ‘blood’ that The United States of America gave to China in order to help it to secure its FREEDOM from a very unfriendly foreign invader." He added, "Many Americans died in China’s quest for Victory and Glory. I hope that they are rightfully Honored and Remembered for their Bravery and Sacrifice!"
In the same post, Trump conveyed his "warmest regards" to Putin and Kim while asserting they were conspiring against the United States. "Please give my warmest regards to Vladimir Putin, and Kim Jong Un, as you conspire against The United States of America," he wrote.
The comments follow a highly visible gathering in Beijing in which leaders of Russia, China and North Korea appeared together at a military parade. Media reports noted the event coincided with visits by other foreign leaders, including representatives from Iran and North Korea, as Xi and Putin sought to deepen bilateral ties.
Trump’s message framed the meeting as a potential threat to U.S. interests and emphasized historical U.S. military contributions, language that evoked wartime sacrifice. The president did not provide specific evidence in his post to substantiate the allegation of a coordinated conspiracy among the leaders.
Beijing has described the parade as a ceremonial event marking a significant national observance. Russian and North Korean officials issued statements during the visits emphasizing strengthened ties and cooperation with China, according to accounts of the meetings.
U.S. administration officials and foreign policy analysts often assess such summit appearances for shifts in alliances and strategic intent, but the public posts from the president on social media represent a direct political statement rather than a formal diplomatic assessment.
Trump’s posts did not outline policy responses or actions the United States would take in reaction to the meeting. The president’s remarks add to a series of high-profile public comments about the international posture of the United States and its relations with major global powers.
News organizations continue to monitor official statements from Beijing, Moscow and Pyongyang for further detail about the meetings and any formal agreements reached during the visits.
