A 17-year-old girl was discovered deceased inside a residence in Galiwin'ku, located on Elcho Island in the Northern Territory of Australia.
Police responded to the scene, where the teenager was pronounced dead. Authorities are treating the incident as a suspected domestic violence case. Officials confirmed that the deceased girl and the arrested 34-year-old man were known to each other.
