Six Dead, 28 Injured in Jordan Funeral Shooting

Six people were killed and 28 others injured when gunmen opened fire on a funeral in Jordan's Karak governorate on Friday. The attack occurred inside a church where dozens of people had gathered for a funeral service.

According to reports, the unidentified gunmen arrived at the scene in a car and began shooting before fleeing. Security forces were deployed to the area following the incident, which government spokesman Mohammad al-Momani described as "heinous."
