A second man has been charged in connection with an alleged incident involving two teenage girls on a beach in Great Yarmouth. Dawid Wlach, a 35-year-old Polish national, has been charged with two counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault, Norfolk Police reported.

Wlach, who resides in Caister-on-Sea, appeared at Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre on Saturday. The charges stem from an incident on May 16 at the seaside resort's South Beach.

He is the second man to face charges related to this case. Madalin Ilinca, 34, of Great Yarmouth, a Romanian national, was previously charged with one count of rape and two counts of sexual assault. Ilinca has been remanded in custody.

Wlach has been granted conditional bail. Both men are scheduled to appear at Norwich Crown Court on July 28 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
