Queen Suthida of Thailand recently completed her first solo flight in a fighter jet, according to the Thai Royal Household. The flight took place on October 8 at an airfield in Surat Thani province, southern Thailand, with King Maha Vajiralongkorn observing from the ground.
Royal Household statements indicate Queen Suthida is an experienced pilot, having accumulated approximately 1,188 flight hours across various aircraft types since she began flying in 2010. She has also served as a co-pilot on aircraft carrying the King during official international visits.
