Police are investigating the suspicious death of a man found outside a home in Melbourne's north. Emergency services were called to Graham Street in Broadmeadows at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
Paramedics attempted to revive the 40-year-old man, but he died at the scene. Detectives and forensic officers examined the crime scene throughout Tuesday night. No arrests have been made.
"The exact cause of the man's death is yet to be determined but is being treated as suspicious at this stage," a Victoria Police spokeswoman stated. Authorities are appealing for anyone with information or footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
Neighbors reported that the property had been vacant before squatters recently occupied it. They also indicated that firefighters had been called to a blaze at the property earlier on Tuesday morning.
