English Soccer Club Apologizes for Risqué Clubhouse Event

Banbury United FC has issued an apology following an event at its Spencer Clubhouse where a performance by the UK Pleasure Boys reportedly went beyond acceptable limits. The team stated it was unaware of the extent of the show's content until footage began circulating on social media.

The event, described as a ticketed, 18-plus "Wet & Wild" show by the UK Pleasure Boys, took place on October 17. According to reports, video clips showed male dancers stripping and engaging in acts with audience members that the club deemed inappropriate for its venue.

"The images suggest that part of the performance towards the end went beyond what we find acceptable at our venue," the club said in a statement. "We apologise to anyone in attendance who was offended."

Banbury United FC added that the venue was booked by an external promoter as part of a UK-wide tour. The club stated it is reviewing the incident and will revise its hire and conduct terms for future performance events. The club's clubhouse is typically used for community events and matches for the Banbury United team.
