Bus Crash in Germany Kills Two Tourists, Injures Eight

A bus carrying tourists from the Philippines veered off a highway west of Munich, Germany, and overturned early Sunday, killing at least two people and injuring at least eight others. The coach left the road on a highway near Buchloe in the Ostallgäu region around 6 a.m. local time. Investigators are examining the cause of the crash, which was not immediately clear. Approximately 40 to 50 Filipino nationals were on board the bus, which was traveling from Zurich, Switzerland, to Milan, Italy.

This incident follows a deadly tour bus crash in eastern Switzerland weeks prior, which resulted in five fatalities.
