Amsterdam’s canals were filled with a vibrant spectacle of music, color, and celebration on Saturday as thousands attended the city's annual Pride boat parade.

The Dutch capital is currently hosting WorldPride, attracting international visitors for the event. Approximately 80 decorated vessels formed a colorful flotilla, with costumed participants dancing and waving as they navigated the city's waterways.

Visible security measures were in place, including police patrols on motorboats along the canals. This heightened presence follows a deadly attack at a Pride event in Berlin the previous week, which resulted in one fatality and at least 29 injuries.
